It's been a long hard road these last three years, and I'm shocked to find that so
many still visit this site after all this time. Thank you.
I have one thing to say to everyone out there who may be reading this right now, wondering
just what in the world is going on...
I have not forgotten.
No, the site is not "down", persay. On the contrary. As busy as my life is these days,
I've finally decided that it's now or never. The update is finally underway.
I'm not going to ask you all to keep being patient, you've done a great job of that so far.
What I am going to do is this:
I'm working as best I can to get this site up to date and back online at it's new home ASAP.
As soon as I have anything at all to say, I'll be putting a small update here so you don't
think that I've gone and forgotten.
What you can do is this:
Keep your eyes out here, and at HyruleRealm.net for ANY news.
If it looks like I should be giving info, or you think I may be slacking or forgetting to
do my work as promised, simply send me an email at
webmaster@hyrulerealm.net and pester me a
little.
I know I've said in the past that patience is a virtue, but right this moment my own has
run out. I guess this is good for you and I both. ^~

Between work, things taking too long, work and having far too many things going on at once, I've only just gotten
past what I consider an adequite update to the wallpapers section. Hopefully I can manage to get something more
started and thus also finished while juggling so much at once.

Nearly the two week mark since my last update. Sarinilli checking in. Work on the site hit a slow point, but it's
going well none the less. Remaking wallpapers in a higher resolution isn't an easy task. I'd say I'm half way done
with this section alone. Thankfully I have a bit more time now to work on the site.
I expect you're all getting impatient. A week from today will be the two month mark since I offically started
working on the site update. I have to admit, when I started the work I had no concept at all of how long this might
take. In the meantime, I also returned to using an old account I had over at
DeviantART. Feel free to drop in there and
spy on me. ^~

Actual site update work has been at an almost stand still since the last time I checked in.
This doesn't mean much, I've been busy in ways that should be of use later.
In other news... I did a minor update to the Hylian font. How I had forgotten to enter
that character is beyond me. The pdfs for Gerudo and Goron have been updated due to some very
wrong or simply missing information. Everything in the font pack is up to date.
I also now have the ability after hours of geek work, to tell anyone their correct birthday
and age in Hyrulian time, if anyone cares to know. ^~

What did I just manage to do over two days? I surprise myself sometimes. One weekend gone,
but I managed to finish up the entire fan fiction section. I love search and replace.
The text from some 30+ pages recoded. Unfortunately I'm running out of sections which can
simply be copy-pasta'd in such a mannner.
Here's hoping work doesn't keep shoving further work on Hyrule Realm aside much longer.
As a side note I seem to be having a few minor issues right now with email. If you send me
something and I don't reply, it isn't personal. I'll try and answer in what way I can.

Work has been insane the last week and a half. I've hardly gotten a thing done otherwise.
Two website projects badly organized... let's see if I can just live thorugh this and get
back to work here once all's said and done.

Out of an estimated 75 pages to recode, I've got a full third (27 to be exact) polished
up and ready to go. Now it starts getting tricky: I'm about to hit the pages which need
total overhauls and ten of these are the dictionary pages. Don't get too excited
yet, I still have a long way to go.
Oh. I'm also going to be writing dates in Hyrulian time as well from now on. It won't look
like a thing if you don't have the font installed though. Expect this trend to carry over
to the new site. I'm just too lazy to use images for all of the Hylian text, sorry.

This is the first time I've logged into the site in three years now, it feels strange.
The new site update is progressing. I've gotten a few pages done but the new menu is still
putting up a fight. Let's see how long it can last against my superior will power. ^~
